Art Specialist: Retired Wake County Public School System, Wiley International Studies Magnet Elementary School 1988-2014. National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS) Certified Teacher, 2002, and renewed in 2012. North Carolina Art Educator’s Association Elementary Teacher of the Year, 2009. Victoria's students have also won awards at the local, county, state and national levels. Currently teaching private and small group art classes in her Raleigh, NC home studio.
